Santa Barbara Rental Property Association – Golf Tournament

The Santa Barbara Rental Property Association was founded in 1929 to provide assistance to local property owners.

Join us for our 2023 Charity Golf Tournament to benefit Santa Barbara’s Transition House.

This year’s Yardi Fall Classic will be held at the Sandpiper Golf Club, on Friday, 9/15/2023. Play begins at 9:00 AM. After the tournament, we will hold a Member’s Social Meeting at the Sandpiper Clubhouse.

The Transition House is the beneficiary of this year’s SBRPA Charity Golf Tournament. Transition House is dedicated to the solution of family homelessness in the Santa Barbara community. Capable and motivated families with children are offered life tools and respectful, non-sectarian residential services designed to alleviate poverty and restore self-sufficiency and dignity.

Transition House works with local landlords and property management companies to find suitable properties that can accommodate a family.
